           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

You will receive personal attention to help you learn fundamentals during your first month. 

We also offer personal training to help you meet specific training needs.  Maybe there's a movement you want to perfect or something you want to work on further.  Our trained and knowledgeable coaches can help you with that. Inquire about pricing.

           GROUP TRAINING

Our group training classes are always led by knowledgeable coaches and are limited to small sizes so that everyone gets the attention needed. You will get the friendly, group atmosphere to hold you accountable and keep you coming back. 

           PERSONAL PROGRAMMING

Some of you may have different needs and personal goals. We can offer personalized, written programs just for that.  Maybe group classes aren't your thing. Maybe you can't make it to those times.  We also offer Open Gym hours for clients to come and use our equipment and facility at your leisure. This would be a great time for personalized programming OR you could take advantage of our workout of the day on your own.

           NUTRITION HELP/MUSCLE TONE

 

The number one way to increase muscle tone is by eating a balanced diet with lean protein, vegetables, healthy fats, and fruit. With so many different diets and ways of eating, we can help guide you to a path that is sustainable and suitable to your lifestyle.

           FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

 

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

The movements are based off functional movements in our lives.  Functional fitness is a classification of training that prepares the body for real-life movements and activities-- movements such as squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting will be made easier with functional fitness integrated into your exercise routine.
